Joseph Waterhouse founded REDATA-AI after more than a decade of researching Central Florida real estate markets and investment trends throughout Osceola, Orange, and Polk Counties.
 

His analytical approach was shaped during five deployments supporting U.S. military operations in Afghanistan, where he collected and analyzed tactical intelligence to support mission-critical decision-making. Operating in rapidly changing environments with incomplete information required disciplined analysis, pattern recognition, and risk assessment—principles that continue to guide REDATA-AI today.
 

Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Network Engineering from Florida International University.
 

Today, REDATA-AI combines local market expertise with AI-driven econometric modeling to evaluate migration trends, employment growth, infrastructure investment, housing supply, and other market dynamics that influence property values.
